1. Our status as a"provider"

We are an internet service provider as defined in § 512 of the U.S. Copyright Act. User-submitted content is published"as is," and we do not perform prior moderation.

2. How to submit a violation notice

If you are a copyright holder, please send an email to with the following data:

• Full name, postal address, phone, e-mail;
• Identification of the protected work (URL, ISBN, etc.);
• URL of the page containing the infringing content;
• Good faith statement that use is not permitted by law;
• The phrase"I swear under penalty of perjury..."
• Signature (scan or digital).

Incomplete queries are ignored.

3. Processing procedure

• Within 30 business days, we temporarily block access to the material;
• Notify the user-author;
• Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, access is restored within 10–14 days if the copyright holder has not initiated a lawsuit.

4. Counter-notification

The author may submit a counter-notice including their contact information and a sworn statement that the material was posted lawfully. Submission should be sent to the same address. .

5. Disclaimer

We do not take sides in disputes and are not responsible for any loss caused by removal or reinstatement of content.
